Sound Therapy or healing, also known as sound therapy, is an ancient practice that uses sound to improve physical and emotional well-being. It involves listening to sounds from instruments like gongs, chimes, and singing bowls that vibrate at frequencies that match the body's frequencies.
Sound healing shifts brainwaves to the appropriate state to be receptive to healing. Instruments are used to access these brainwaves to move energy through the body returning it to homeostasis and allowing us to live a healthier life.
